The Missing Kind Development Manager
Norwich, Norfolk, UK. 2015-17
The refurbishment and development of the old ‘Ponds’ shoe shop into a thriving venue based on the values of kindness to people, planet and animals for TMK Charity. The venue housed an ethical shop focused on sustainability and educating the public, a vegetarian cafe, a social enterprise hub and an events space for many community activities. A real team effort fuelled by the enthusiasm of the volunteers and a shared desire to spread kindness and connect with others. The ShoeBox Enterprises took over the cafe and building in 2021.
